How does our Rehearsal Room coaching process work?
Our Virtual Live Rehearsal Room (or Face-to-Face if the geography works) is designed to give you the skills, tools, strategies, and techniques to develop the inspiring voice, persuasive presentation, and leadership communication capabilities to transform your leadership impact.
You work with a professional Voice Coach and Leadership Development expert. We give you the feedback, the guided practice, the professional oversight, and the supportive 'try out' space where you can rehearse your way to personal mastery and success.

What are the steps in the journey?
- Your first step is to book a FREE consultation with us via Zoom or Microsoft Teams to discuss your needs. If the chemistry works out, you select your coaching program.
- You choose from three development pathways: our ‘ELEVATE’, ‘CAPTIVATE’, or ‘INSPIRE' Program.
You then decide your development priorities and we enter the Rehearsal Room process.
- Your coaching is delivered in 90 or 60-minute sessions. The number of sessions vary according to the program you choose.
- Or you can take our VIP Personal Coaching Program. It's for individuals who want access to a leadership and communication coach over a 12-month period.
- You can combine Virtual LIVE coaching with Face-to-Face sessions (if the geography works out).
- You take our programs solo, or as part of a group.
- You complete 'up front' exercises to identify your program needs and goals.
- Your coaching sessions start.
- To accelerate your development, you complete practice tasks between sessions
- You leave the program a more empowered, confident, persuasive, and impactful communicator and inspiring leader.
* For corporate programs we complete an upfront alignment & sponsor liaison process.
We consult with sponsors twice during coaching programs to ensure all needs are being met.
