🎬 The Power of Executive Presence or is it Presencing!

🎯 In the fast-paced world of business, having a strong executive presence isn't just a ‘I think I’ve got it’ checkbox to tick. It's a never-ending journey of growth and refinement. That’s why I think it’s more helpful to think about 'presencing' the verb (actions), and not 'presence' the noun (object or thing). 

🌟 What is Presencing, you ask? It's the dynamic state of being fully in the moment. It requires constant attention. It's the art of seamlessly merging energy, creativity, and tonal awareness to convey who we are with impact and authenticity. Presencing embodies our posture, carriage, voice modulation, empathy, and discernment. Good presencing enables us to forge connections that matter.

At its core, great Presencing is the fusion of self-awareness and self-presentation.🔑 It's about possessing the acute awareness needed to adapt and contribute authentically to any given situation. This isn't a one-size-fits-all skill; it's about embracing the process of growth and the challenge of becoming better with each interaction.  It's more improvisation than map reading.
