Veronica Allardice
I am an award winning Performing Arts teacher and one of Australia’s most experienced and successful voice, speech & leadership coaches. I have trained in both Australia and London.
I have worked with actors, broadcasters, and many hundreds of business professionals in Australia and overseas. I have also worked as a professional theatre director.
I graduated (with Distinction) in Advanced Voice Studies from the renowned Royal Central School of Speech & Drama in London.
My other qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Management & Public Policy; a Licentiate in Speech & Drama coupled with a Bachelor of Education in English, Speech & Drama.
I have over 30 years of experience helping business professionals elevate their impact as leaders through exceptional presence, voice and communication skills. I believe the world needs more people with the capacity to inspire.
My unique approach blends business leadership with performing arts expertise to help leaders and aspiring leaders develop a more inspirational leadership style. This can't happen without exceptional communication.
I combine my knowledge of body language, vocal expression, persuasive presentation, performance techniques, and transformational leadership to develop innovative coaching and training programs.
I work with a diverse array of clients from top tier organizations all over the world to develop their next generation of c-suite leaders.
I believe that the most effective leaders are those who can envision possibility and turn it into a reality through the power of their voices, memorable messaging and inspirational communication.
Prior to co-founding the Theatre of Leadership, I taught Performing Arts for 15 years and I was awarded a rare Education Department Traveling Scholarship as recognition for my contribution, and innovation as a teacher of performing arts. I have also held senior management and executive roles in Employee Communication, Change Management, and Leadership Development.
Charles Coupland
I have a love of the performing arts and all forms of creative expression.
I have a Bachelor of Education (with Distinction) from the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, London.
I bring the knowledge and expertise I have honed over many years from the Performing & Visual Arts to facilitate our unique and transformational programs to develop inspiring leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
I'm an experienced performer, creative writer, and experienced corporate communications writer. I spent 8 years in France working as as a freelance writer and translator.
Since arriving in Australia in 1984 I have worked in the Senior Secondary, and Tertiary education sectors, and with Theatre of Leadership clients globally across a range of private and public sectors.
I bring a creative and expressive skills set that extends across several disciplines. I perform as a voice artist, scriptwriter, actor, visual artist, song writer and musician.
Like Veronica, I have a love of developing the potential of others. I am passionate about closing the gap between our KNOWLEDGE of what constitutes good communication and our ability to PERFORM it. This is why I chose to apply my knowledge, talent, and skills to help business professionals, from senior leaders to those aspiring to leadership positions, perform with distinction on the business stage.
